App Store Listing Verification · Official Guide

Download and Buy Shadowrocket

Only available on the App StoreDownload on the App Store

Verify the App Store listing before you buy. Shadowrocket is a paid app for Apple platforms, sold as a one-time purchase exclusively on the App Store. This guide covers store availability, how to identify the official app, and how to restore purchases.

  • Developer: Shadow Launch Technology Limited
  • App ID932747118
  • $2.99 one-time purchase in the US storefront; check the App Store listing for current details
  • For iPhone and iPad; check the App Store listing

The app purchase is not a service plan. After installing, import your own subscription or server details.

App Store and Apple ID Country or Region

Shadowrocket is not available on the mainland China App Store. Whether you can find it depends first on the country or region associated with the Apple ID used for App Store purchases, not the language currently set on your device. The button on this page links to the US storefront. Being able to view the product page in a browser does not mean your account can buy the app from that storefront.

First, confirm which account is actually used for purchases, then check its region. The Apple ID shown at the top of Settings may differ from the account used for Media & Purchases, so don't rely only on the name shown on the main Settings screen. Open the account details for purchases, verify the signed-in account and its country or region, then return to the product page to review the App Store message.

How to Check Your Store Region

  1. Open Settings and tap the Apple ID account area at the top.
  2. Select Media & Purchases, then View Account. Complete any authentication steps requested by the system.
  3. Check Country/Region. To find the region-change option, tap Change Country or Region and follow the steps shown on your device.
  4. Return to the App Store and reopen the product link on this page. Check the currency, availability, and any account messages.

Changing your country or region is an Apple account action. Whether you can proceed depends on factors such as account balance, active subscriptions, Family Sharing status, and payment information. Review any outstanding requirements shown by the system before deciding. These steps explain how to check your account; they don't guarantee that every account can change regions right away. Menu names may vary, but make changes in the account details under Media & Purchases.

If the product page says the app isn't available in your current country or region, note the message rather than treating it as a device issue. If a price appears but payment won't go through, check your account's payment status and the App Store message instead of repeatedly trying to confirm the purchase. Availability, purchase conditions, and the final charge are determined by the App Store page you open.

Verify the Official App: Developer, Icon, and App ID

Before buying, check all three details: the developer is Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the icon is a rocket with a blue-purple outline on a white background, and the app ID is 932747118. A name containing Shadowrocket or “Little Rocket” is not enough to confirm it's the right app. Similar names and icons in search results should be checked against the full product listing.

  • DeveloperShadow Launch Technology Limited
  • Official IconRocket with a blue-purple outline on a white background
  • App ID932747118

Find the developer or provider details on the product page and match the full name exactly. Compare the App Store icon with the official icon in this site's header. The name and icon help identify the app at a glance; the developer details confirm its publisher. Check all three together.

You can verify the app ID using id932747118 at the end of the product page URL. This is a fixed identifier for the app, not a version number or purchase order number. If you arrived from search results, check the full product page rather than relying on its position in the list. A high ranking, similar name, or matching icon color is no substitute for verification.

After verification, check the price and compatibility. If any detail doesn't match, stop and return to the product link on this page. There's no need to use ratings, review counts, or promotional copy to guess whether the app is genuine; this guide doesn't rely on those changeable details either. App updates are also managed through the App Store. You can turn on automatic updates in your system settings or check for updates on your App Store account page.

Get Shadowrocket on iPhone and Open It for the First Time

Open the App Store link on this page from your iPhone and check the compatibility section after verifying the listing. Refer to the App Store page for system requirements. If the store says your device isn't compatible, follow that message and check for available system updates. Compatibility on another device does not guarantee the app will install on yours.

When buying, make sure Media & Purchases is signed in with your own purchasing account, then complete the payment and authentication steps requested by the App Store. Once the download is complete, open Shadowrocket from the Home Screen. If the button stays on Waiting, check your network, available storage, and any payment or account verification messages from the store before trying to buy again.

Prepare Your Configuration Before Connecting

Before using the app for the first time, have your own subscription link or server details ready. Import an existing subscription from the Subscribe options. If you have details for a single server, enter them in Add Server as provided. Buying the app and importing a configuration are separate steps; installing Shadowrocket does not provide a ready-to-use connection configuration.

The first time you enable a connection, the system may ask for permission to add a VPN configuration. This confirmation allows the app to create a system VPN configuration. Check which app is requesting access, read the prompt, and then decide whether to allow it; your device may ask for its passcode or other authentication. This does not mean you're buying the app again, and it won't supply your server details.

Before connecting, check the selected server and Global Routing. Config, Proxy, and Direct refer to configuration, proxy, and direct connection options; choose the one that matches your needs. Seeing the system VPN indicator alone doesn't prove that a particular service is reachable. Test it in the app you want to use, and if it fails, distinguish between configuration, server, and network issues. For full instructions, see the first-use guide. This page focuses on purchases and restores, not connection settings.

Using Shadowrocket on iPad and Other Compatible Devices

If you bought Shadowrocket on your iPhone, sign in to Media & Purchases on your iPad with the same purchasing Apple ID, then find the app under Purchased in the App Store. Your purchase record may be available on both iPhone and iPad; Universal Purchase availability and system requirements are as shown on the App Store page. You shouldn't need to approve another payment just because you're using a different device.

If the price still appears on your iPad, don't pay yet. Check that you're using the Apple ID tied to the purchase, that you've opened the same product page, and that the app is available in your current storefront. The account used for cloud data may differ from the one used for App Store purchases. Check Media & Purchases rather than comparing only the account photos on your two devices.

On iPad, the available screen space varies between portrait, landscape, and Split View, so lists and details may be arranged differently than on iPhone. Look for the English interface labels Home, Add Server, Config, and Settings rather than expecting a button to be in a specific spot. In a narrow Split View window, finish the current form before returning to the list so a layout change isn't mistaken for a lost configuration.

A shared purchase record restores eligibility to get the app; it does not automatically transfer your personal server list or Config. After opening the app on a new device, check whether a configuration is already there. If needed, import your own subscription or server details, then verify the selected server, routing mode, and connection status. Don't skip configuration checks just because the app connects on another device.

Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision

The compatibility section of the same App Store product page lists Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision. If you plan to use Shadowrocket on one of these devices, check the same listing on that device. Compatibility, system requirements, and Universal Purchase availability are all as shown on the App Store page. Controls and layouts may differ across devices, so don't assume iPhone button locations apply elsewhere.

Restore Shadowrocket After Changing Devices or Reinstalling

When you get a new iPhone, reinstall the app, or continue on an iPad, first look for Shadowrocket in your App Store purchases. Redownloading an app purchased with the original Apple ID usually doesn't require another payment. The key is to restore the purchase record, not to pick a similar-looking app from a new search.

  1. On the device you're using, open the App Store and go to your account page. Confirm which purchasing account is signed in.
  2. Open Purchased. Depending on your system version, this section may be under Apps or My Apps; follow the labels on your device.
  3. Find Shadowrocket, verify the product details, then tap the redownload button.
  4. After installation, open the app and check whether your personal configuration is there. Import your own subscription or server details if needed.

If you can't find the app in your purchase history, first check whether you're signed in with a different purchasing account, then review your purchase history and hidden purchases. Purchase records, availability in the current storefront, and device compatibility all affect whether you can redownload the app. An app still installed on an old device doesn't confirm that the purchasing account on your new device is correct.

If the system shows a price again, cancel the payment confirmation and check the original purchase record, current account, and app ID. Don't use another payment as a troubleshooting step. For purchase restoration issues, follow the App Store prompts. Troubleshoot subscription imports or incorrect Config selections separately after restoring the app.

Restoring a Purchase Doesn't Restore Your Configuration

Your purchase record restores eligibility to get the app; subscription links, server passwords, and rule files are part of your personal configuration. Before reinstalling, make sure you can still access these details and keep your existing configuration somewhere safe. After installing on a new device, restore the configuration you need, then check the list, selected items, and routing settings. Subscription credentials are sensitive; don't post a full link or QR code publicly.

Family Sharing availability depends on the App Store listing and the Apple account settings for your current family group. Don't confuse restoring a purchase with the same Apple ID and sharing a purchase with family members using their own accounts. These involve different eligibility rules, so check the store details for each case.

Price, One-Time Purchase, and Configuration

Shadowrocket is a one-time paid app. The reference price in the US storefront is $2.99. Storefronts display prices in local currency; check the App Store product page and final payment confirmation for the actual amount. A one-time purchase describes how you pay for the app, not a monthly app fee. The reference US price does not mean every storefront will show the same amount.

Buying the app is not the same as buying a service plan. The one-time app purchase and connection services are managed separately. After buying Shadowrocket, you still need to import your own subscription or server details. Payment does not create a server or provide an address, port, password, protocol, or other connection settings.

This is the official Shadowrocket website and user guide. We don't provide or sell servers or subscriptions. This guide explains how to import, manage, and troubleshoot existing configurations; it can't determine whether your server is available. If a subscription link no longer works, check your original details. If the app hasn't finished installing, address the App Store purchase or download message first. Troubleshoot these as separate issues.

Before buying, check three things: whether the app is available in your current storefront, whether your device meets the compatibility requirements on the product page, and whether you already have the configuration details you need. To learn how to import a configuration after purchase, see the subscription and server management guide. If you've imported it but can't connect, check the configuration fields, Global Routing, and your network status one by one instead of buying the app again.

App updates are delivered through the App Store; check the store for available updates. Keeping the app purchase and personal connection configuration separate makes it easier to switch devices: find the app under Purchased, retrieve server details from your saved configuration, and use the official guide for interface and setup instructions.

Download and Purchase FAQ

Start with the specific message from the App Store. These answers cover app availability, download problems, purchase restoration, and device compatibility. For help with personal configurations, see the FAQ.

Why can't I find Shadowrocket on the App Store?

Shadowrocket is not available on the mainland China App Store. The country or region associated with your Apple ID determines which storefront you can see, not just your device language. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region to check, then open the product link on this page. Whether you can change regions depends on your account status and Apple's requirements.

The product page opens, but the app won't download. What should I check first?

Check the specific message from the App Store, then review your account region, payment status, device compatibility, available storage, and network connection. Refer to the App Store listing for system requirements. If you're prompted to pay even though you've already purchased the app, confirm that Media & Purchases is signed in with the original purchasing account before approving another payment.

Do I have to pay again when I get a new iPhone or reinstall the app?

Sign in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase, then find Shadowrocket under App Store → Account → Purchased and download it again. You usually won't need to pay again. The Purchased section name may vary by system version. Purchases and personal configurations are managed separately, so you'll still need to import your own subscription or server details on a new device.

I bought Shadowrocket on my iPhone. Can I install it on my iPad?

On your iPad, sign in to Media & Purchases with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then find Shadowrocket in Purchased. Universal Purchase availability for iPhone and iPad, along with system requirements, is determined by the App Store listing. A purchase record doesn't sync your configuration, so check your server list and Config after installation.

Can I use Shadowrocket on Mac, Apple TV, or Apple Vision?

The compatibility section of the same App Store product page includes Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision. Check the product page on your device; compatibility, system requirements, and Universal Purchase availability are all as shown on the App Store page. The same App Store product page is the only place to get the app.

Where should I start if the app opens in English?

First, identify Home, Add Server, Subscribe, Config, and Settings. This guide keeps these interface labels in English so you can match them on screen. Have your own subscription or server details ready, then import them using the tutorial. The interface language does not confirm whether you bought the right app; verify the developer, official icon, and app ID on the App Store listing.
